CIDC is an active 501-C03 developer of affordable housing, assisted living facilities and public facilities.
Affordable Housing
CIDC renovated and sold more than 200 units of housing in Reading, Pennsylvania.
CIDC developed more than 1000 units of sales housing in subdivisions located in Scranton, Pennsylvania; Leon County, Florida; Spaulding County, Georgia; and the Village of Montgomery and Walkill, New York.
Assisted Living Facilities
CIDC developed assisted living facilities in Plymouth and Carbondale, Pennsylvania and Syracuse, New York.
Public Facilities
CIDC developed a parking garage in Rochester, New York; an office building for public agencies in Lyons (Wayne County), New York; a dormitory for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York and a municipal firehouse in Hudson, New York. CIDC is the parking garage developer for the new Yankee Stadium Project in the Bronx, New York.
