CIDC has been responsible for more than $900 million dollars under the CIDC subsidiaries including affordable housing, public facilities, dormitories, assisted living facilities and educational institutions. It has also consulted with other non-profits in using bond financing to finance real estate projects. CIDC currently has $700 million in its portfolio.
